RMS Administrator’s Guide
4. Go to SQL Native Client Configuration > Client Protocols. Ensure TCP/IP
is enabled. If it is not, right-click TCP/IP; select Enable.
5. Go to SQL 2005 Services.
6. Right-click (SQLEXPRESS); select Restart. After the database has restarted,
you may exit the SQL 2005 Configuration Manager.
